No. That wouldn’t be cool! You only pay the price of your subscription plus any applicable Sales Tax. Taxes are only charged in the State of Texas. See Tax Section below.

CrazyPants has a physical presence in Florida so we charge Sales Tax on any orders shipped within the state of Florida. The Sales Tax is automatically calculated based on shipping address. This amount will be displayed during checkout.

No. Currently Club CrazyPants is only available inside the US.

Subscriptions bill on the 10th day of the month.

Each Club Box ships on or around the 15th of each month. You can expect your shipment to arrive 2-5 business days after it has shipped. Holidays may cause a slight delay in arrival. CrazyPants ships Club CrazyPants via USPS within the United States only. You will be emailed a shipping confirmation and a tracking code when your Club Box is on the way.

Monthly Members may cancel their Club CrazyPants subscription at any time. There are no cancellation fees. Just make sure that you cancel before your next billing to avoid being charged for that next month’s Club. To cancel, please email us at

You can login to this website and update your account information anytime. If you need to make any changes, please do so BEFORE the 10th of the month so you don’t miss your next Club shipment!

In the event that your credit card is declined on the 10th, we will attempt to process your payment two more times before the 15th of the month. You will receive emails during this process with steps to resolve the issue. If your payment has not been processed successfully by the 15th, your subscription will not ship for that particular month. We will attempt to resume your subscription the following month. Your subscription will be canceled after 3 consecutive months of credit card issues.
